Every kind of beach, one filter
By the beach means something different to everyone. We sort seaside hotels by the experience that actually matters to your trip.
Beach Club
Hotels with a beach club: loungers, parasols, a bar and food service right on the sand, often with music and a daytime scene.
Beachfront
Hotels where the sand starts at the door. You roll out of bed, cross a terrace and you are on the beach, with sea views from the room and direct access without crossing a road.
Family Beach
Calm, shallow water and soft sand made for kids. Gentle slopes, lifeguards in season and shade nearby, so parents can relax while children paddle in safety.
Infinity Pool
Hotels with an infinity or rooftop pool overlooking the sea. The horizon meets the water for a swim with a view, above the beach.
Near the Beach
Hotels a short walk from the shore. Not beachfront, but close enough to reach the sand on foot in a few minutes.
Private Beach
Hotels with their own stretch of sand, reserved for guests. A gated or staffed shore with loungers and service, away from the public crowds.
Sandy Beach
Hotels on or beside a soft sandy beach. Fine sand underfoot rather than pebbles or rock, easy for barefoot mornings and kids.
Snorkeling Beach
Clear, sheltered water over rock and reef where a mask is all you need. Fish, sea grass and the odd octopus a few strokes from shore, best in the calm of early morning.
Surf Beach
Consistent swell, surf schools on the sand and board rental within walking distance. Beach breaks for beginners and reef or point setups when the conditions line up.
